I believe the most important elements in a letter are the Inside Address, Body and Signature. The Inside Address is important because that tells who you are addressing the letter to and who is receiving the information. The body of the letter is extremely important because it is the whole purpose of why you are writing the letter to begin with. The body explains in detail what you are asking for or trying to relate. The signature is important because it tells the person you are writing to who is writing the letter and this is important in case they need to respond.
