Graphics & Tables - Different pictures are used with borders/shadows to help them stand out better.
Highlighting - Q&A sections are italicized as well as at an angle to help them stand out. Different colors and fonts are used.

Headings - Bolded and in red color with headings having larger fonts to help sections stand out. Uses first level headings with sub-headings being smaller.
Lists - Uses a mix of bulleted lists and numbered lists.
Graphics & Tables - Pictures are used to highlight different sections.
Highlighting - Shadow fonts, borders italicized items and alternate fonts are used to highlight items.
